Two wines from the first harvest. Facts, and what I decided — the question itself lives on the bottle.
Picked early because the fruit was ahead of itself, pressed whole-bunch, fermented on its own yeasts and left on lees in used oak. I corrected the acidity — the fruit came in short and I would rather say so than sell you a purity story.
Drink it cold. It doesn't need dinner.

Serve it cool. It is not a wine that wants to be warm.

One plot, one year, no blending across sites. What the place asked that season, and what I did about it.
The 2025 barrels are still resting and I haven't set a release date, because I don't know one yet. The 2026 fruit is being picked as you read this and it is twice the size. Both land here when they're ready.
